Being precise about the edges of our scope is part of doing this work properly. These are the limits of what Vertex provides on this service.
- Vertex documents observable exterior conditions. We do not provide structural, engineering, or code-compliance conclusions.
- We are not a licensed engineering firm and do not issue engineering reports.
- We do not perform non-destructive testing.
- Interpretation of captured imagery is performed by your qualified personnel or a specialist of your choosing.
