Vertex Aerial Solutions LLC is an aerial inspection and data acquisition company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy covers this website only.
Information you submit
The only way to send us information through this site is the project inquiry form. Depending on the type of inquiry you select, that form may collect:

Technical information
Like any website, this site is delivered by a hosting provider that processes basic technical information as part of serving pages and receiving form submissions. This typically includes IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and timestamps. This information is handled by the hosting platform as part of normal server operation and security.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4, a measurement service provided by Google, to understand how the site is found and how it is used. It records events such as the pages viewed, the site or search that referred you, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, whether you are a first-time or returning visitor, and whether you started or submitted the inquiry form. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and derives an approximate location from your IP address.
What we send to Google Analytics describes behavior, not identity. The contents of the inquiry form — your name, email address, telephone number, and the text of your message — are never sent to Google Analytics or to any other analytics service. Where an event records a contact link being clicked, it records that a click happened and where on the page, never the address behind the link.
Google Signals and ad personalization are switched off for this property, so your visit is not used to build advertising audiences or for remarketing. This site runs no advertising pixels or marketing trackers. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser. The site remains fully usable if you do.
This site also records the page you first arrived on and any campaign parameters in that link, and includes them with an inquiry you choose to submit, so we know which campaign or referral led to it. That record is held only for the duration of your browsing session, is cleared when you close the tab, and contains no personal information.

Service providers
This website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify receives project inquiry form submissions and runs the server-side code that processes them. That code sends the contents of your submission to us by email through SMTP2GO, our email delivery provider, which handles the message in transit and in its delivery logs. Both providers process this information only in order to provide hosting and email delivery. We do not grant service providers permission to use your information for their own marketing.
Google provides the analytics described above and processes the measurement data it collects on our behalf. Google does not receive the contents of your inquiry.
The inquiry form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit the form, Cloudflare receives information needed to tell a person from an automated script — including your IP address, basic information about your browser, and a token confirming the check — and returns a pass or fail result to us. Turnstile does not use this information to build advertising profiles and does not receive the contents of your inquiry. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your separate consent. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages.
- We do not run advertising, remarketing, or ad personalization on this site. We use analytics to measure how the site performs, not to profile you or to build advertising audiences.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, to carry out any resulting work, to maintain business and accounting records, to address security matters, and to satisfy legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we dispose of it in a reasonable manner.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this site, including serving the site over an encrypted connection and limiting access to submissions. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
You may ask us to provide access to, correct, or delete the information you previously submitted through this site. To make a request, use the project inquiry form and select Privacy request as the inquiry type. Only your name, email address, and message are needed — you do not need to complete the project fields.
We will need enough information to locate your submission and to confirm the request comes from you. We may need to retain certain information where we have a legal or legitimate business reason to do so.
Children
This site is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us using the project inquiry form so we can remove it.
